We design layout as rectangle as possible and try not to create dead ends and make sure one can move in any direction. According to the size of layout we provide double roads as well.
Last year due to heavy rains almost all communities in Hyderabad released water on roads and roads became canals. In order to avoid floods and to preserve groundwater levels, we need to have good designs for rainwater management.
Do not let the grandeur of our elegantly designed entrance deceive you into believing that we are up to aesthetics for the sake of it. Since India is a little northern side of the equatorial line, the Sun starts from the East and goes to the West through the South side. So, usually the North side of our buildings are not too hot when compared to the South side. We design 360 degree glass views to open north sides with glass as much as possible. Also while keeping south side closer gives more privacy as well.
At times we need more space to spend quality time with family. Each living area should be Extendable with either Decks or spacious Balconies. Also this concept brings your garden (nature) into the living rooms.
Most of the people will realize the truth that there is no proper dedicated lift provision, after they start living in the villa. For installing a small lift they need to cut the balconies (may be from outside) and do some irrelevant things. For small villas even that kind of renovation won't work. We feel that without lift provision, that's not a complete villa.
Most of the mid segment Indian villas are having puja rooms in the kitchen. Combining a cooking place and a puja place might not be good for a few devotees who really want peace, at least in puja room.
Surprisingly in some places, the back side of the cars will occupy the road space as well. We are designing dedicated and spacious spaces for parking. NE extended balconies make more shades for the cars.
A villa with perfect ventilation needs two side cross ventilation for each and every room. So that we can avoid suffocation.
Lift and Stair cases are exactly in the middle and accessible to each area across all floors. Weighing on the South side makes Vastu Compatible. Also design reduces the wastage of the space
